History

WEvolve was born on January 23rd, 2022, out of a shared passion for making accessible health-related services a reality for students at CHRIST University in Bangalore. Our dedicated team, fueled by the expertise of both staff and students from the M.Sc Psychology (Health and Wellbeing) and M.Sc Clinical Psycho-oncology programs, has worked tirelessly ever since.

Our journey began with the inauguration of our clinic by Prof. Ricardo Arturo Machon, Ph.D., Professor of Psychology, Loyola Marymount University, LA, USA, and Dr. Tony Sam George, Dean of Social Sciences and HOD, Department of Psychology, CHRIST University, Bangalore. Their vision and dedication provided a strong foundation for WEvolve, solidifying our commitment to making a tangible difference in the lives of students and other vulnerable sections of society. Since then, we've grown steadily, continuously expanding our service offerings to cater to the diverse needs of our community.

Who we are

The WEvolove clinic is operated jointly by students of M.Sc. Psychology (Health and Wellbeing) and M.Sc. Clinical Psycho-oncology and falls under the School of Psychological Sciences. The clinic coordinators have worked tirelessly to make it what it is today. Here is a glimpse of the team comprising faculty and students.
